A STUDY ON THE STILLNESS OF LOVE

The UK premiere of Andre Neely’s haunting and beautiful new play A Study on the Stillness of Love. A story about two siblings who go through a traumatic event in their childhood, and how they spend their teenage years regretting, mourning, and silently tormenting themselves because of it. They are both haunted by the person they love/hate. This is a play about innocence taken away, secrets that can never be told, and illusions that eventually break.

The play has an intangible monstrous quality that holds and horrifies. (Jordan Shaw, The List)

A Study on the Stillness of Love was performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe from the 7th-22nd of August 2015 at Zoo Southside (Venue 82). It previewed at Theatre503 prior to the festival.
